Burger King: Launching in Kazakhstan
In 2012, PBN Hill+Knowlton Strategies launched the first Burger King restaurant in Kazakhstan through an integrated PR and marketing campaign.
We developed and implemented a far-reaching social media campaign targeting the most popular online communities, ensuring a high-level of interest in the opening event as well as organizing additional activities around the Burger King brand. PBN H+K Strategies developed the creative concept for both customers and media and supervised promotional activity for the opening of new restaurants. The result: in just five months, brand awareness increased 60%. In 2015, we renewed our cooperation and currently provide traditional and online media support for the Burger King brand in Kazakhstan, as well as KOL engagement and advising on crisis and communications.
